Frank O. Fox attorney and owner/ partner of The Law Firm of Fox and Fox, has committed crimes against people using the Courts in an attempt at making his crimes legal. He has personally sued me, for no reason whatsoever. He owed me money and he sued me. The Judge Mary Thornton House, was complicit and was caught red handed by Judge Aurelio Munoz, who had her transfer out of L.A. Superior Central division, to Pasadena.
For that i am grateful, however it didn't stop there, the next Judge Coleman Swort allowed Fox to carry on and eventually win.
Fox has access to the Courts servers and can and did make changes to the clerks notes and tentative ruling system.
However, my concern is not about my own case, that is minor in comparison to the crimes he has committed against others.
I have personally first hand witnessed all of the possessions of the people he has taken things from. In his garage at 260 Plymouth in Hancock Park, it is literally overflowing with piles of peoples possessions. Shoes, babies high chairs, kids clothing, tables, books, magazines, book shelves, underwear, rain coats, a Harley Davidson, wire racks, pot and pans, couches, cooking utensils, everything that goes into a persons home. These items have actually no value except to the owner who now has to try and put their lives back together again after trying to calm the burning pit in their stomachs knowing that they are now without for no reason other than a judge allowed this person to fabricate stories that aren't even conceivable and grant away a persons life.
It may not rank up their with being condemned to a life or a few years in prison, but it could be just as bad if not worse. How much more difficult can it be to have someone actually take your childs high chair. You are the parent, you are not only expected to but you know that you will protect your child from any harm, you would lay down your life for them. You don't anticipate the Court stepping over you to give away your childs belongings and yours in the process. You've earned a living all your life, you've worked hard for what you have. You made a conscience a long time ago, that you weren't going to live a life of crime, you weren't going to be on welfare, you weren't going to be someone who expected things handed to you. You went to school, you got up in the morning to go to work, and you scrimped and saved and you made a living, you found your way.
You married or not, and had a child, you were making a future, and something happened where you crossed the path of Frank Fox. Whether you needed his services as an attorney to handle your divorce, or you were hired by him as an electrical contractor, and the reality is it doesn't matter how, what matters is that you did.
You have a case, your case is that his claims against you are ridiculous, preposterous and you're going to tell the judge that. The judge will see that this is absolutely absurd and you'll be home in time to feed the baby.
You don't want to, but you've got to hire an attorney to get defend yourself. it doesn't make much sense. Here's this guy who is making some outrageous claims against you and it is probably the most ridiculous thing you can think of outside of the neighbor telling your parents she caught you and your friends keying cars when you were 12 years old. But now you've got to pay an attorney $5,000.00 as a retainer and $250 an hour against this guy who has no claim against you. it feels like you've just been raked over the coals just to defend yourself. you wonder, are they in it together? The way you see it, is you're gonna pay one way or the other. But your attorney tells you "not to worry", you've got a strong case. You think to yourself, "i have a strong case?", Why should you have a strong case, you don't have a case, you shouldn't even be there, of your you've got a strong case. A case of what? There is nothing there....
You know that this is so absurd, you let your attorney handle it and it'll be swift and over with. A little bit less than a week goes by and you receive an invoice from your attorney requesting more money. For what?! You just wrote him a $5,000.00 check and it hasn't even cleared the bank yet because you checked this morning, and he's asking for more?
You talk on the phone and he tells you that everything is fine and so you relax, thinking, "whew!, I like it when the bill isn't as big as I thought it was going to be" and your attorney tells you that Fox is pulling the old delay game and he's a piece of work. He's doing things that he's not supposed to do, and he won't get away with it. That everything is fine, so you thank your attorney and get ready to hang up, but he stops you short and say's "so about the money" and you say "but I thought you said that everything was fine", but what you didn't understand was that, sure everything is fine, and sure he's got everything under control, and sure Fox is a class a asshole, using delay tactics, and mailing things overnight mail, with a delivery date the day before the hearing, and how he's gonna kick fox's ass for his unethical behavior, but he's still got to get paid to kick some ass. Sure he's on your side, he is your attorney after all, and but he's got to answer those bogus motions Fox is writing and he's got to file motions in response and he's got to make the calls to clarify and have Fox amend. He's got to get paid for his time too.
So, the reality is that you've just been had, coming and going. Your case is only as good as how much money you have.
